The Friendship Sunday School Class plays a crucial role in the spiritual growth and development of the members of the church. It is a multi-generational class that provides an opportunity for adults to deepen their understanding of the Bible, theology, and Christian living. It also fosters a sense of community and fellowship among the members, as they come together to study and discuss scripture. The Friendship Class is a place to ask questions, seek guidance, receive support from peers, and is an important part of the church's ministry that helps to equip and empower adults to live out their faith in their daily lives.

weekday bible study
Bible study is at the heart of Jesus’ great commandment to love God and love neighbor. We believe Bible Study enriches our spiritual lives in two ways. First, we grow in our understanding of God’s story of salvation and resurrection. Second, by studying together, we learn from others’ diverse experiences and are brought into deeper community with one another. We believe we need a supportive community to live out our Christian lives.

We are excited to invite women of all ages and backgrounds to join us for an enriching and spiritually uplifting Bible study. Our sessions are held every Tuesday evening via Zoom, providing a convenient and accessible way for participants to engage in meaningful discussions and reflections on the teachings of the Bible. Through this study, we aim to foster a supportive and inclusive community where women can explore and deepen their understanding of the Word of God. To receive the Zoom link and further details about the study, please reach out to us at info@hlumc. We are eager to welcome you and embark on this journey of faith and learning together!
