Chair Yoga

In times of uncertainty and challenge, meditation, breath work and mindful movement practices take on increasing importance — as do connection and community — so Karen Williams has offered to teach a FREE Online Chair Yoga Class to members and friends of HLUMC using Zoom.

Join Karen on Tuesday, April 21 and 28 at 9:00 a.m. for a gentle, slow-paced, seated practice (suitable for all ages) that emphasizes comfort, restorative movement and breath work. The 30-minute class will relax your body and mind, improve your musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility and enhance your overall health and well-being. Plus, you can practice with friends!
