Preschool Registration Form

Registration Fee:$90.00 non-refundable fee is due at time of registration, $10.00 discount for first sibling, $15.00 discount for all others.

Activity Fee: $35.00 for Toddlers, $65 for 2′s, 3′s, 4′s & TK’s.

All activity fees are non-refundable and are due September 1.   This fee goes towards Music, Spanish, Pumpkin Patch and Science projects.

Toddlers: Children turning 12 months on or before August 31 are eligible for enrollment in the toddler class.

Twos: Children turning 2 years of age on or before August 31 are eligible for enrollment in the two-year-old class.

Threes: Children turning 3 years of age on or before August 31 are eligible for enrollment in the three-year-old class

Fours: Children turning 4 years of age on or before August 31 are eligible for enrollment in the four-year-old class.
