The Preschool will hold a public art sale Friday(4/27) night and you’re invited.

Artwork from children as well as adults and a large number of silent auction items will be available on the 3^rd floor from 5:30 until 7:30 tomorrow evening.

Feel free to bring your kids. We’ll have play time on the playground, a special snack and childcare so you can check out all the art work for yourself.  EVERY CHILD in preschool has artwork at the show. The teachers have been working with each class to produce art for the show.  Most students will have at least two pieces and each class has at least one large piece of art up for sale that the students worked on together.  This is an event not to be missed.  The time, effort and energy our teachers and children have invested is truly amazing.  These children are full of creativity, energy and love. Come see it!

Choose A Project and Bring Your Own Supplies

*  Clean any & all bathrooms

* Clean windows, window sills & baseboards in any & all stairwells

* Clean any & all vestibules to the Sanctuary and/or Education Building

* Clean windows, window sills & pews in the Chapel.

* Clean the floor in the Choir Loft

* Clean the Gymnasium, including the bathrooms

* Weedeat & remove dead vines behind the Gym

* Clean out all the drains on the playground

* Pressure wash any entrance, steps, sidewalk, etc.

* Patch 1-2 potholes in the parking lot.

* Clean anywhere else that needs it.

“Easter Eve”. April 7, 2012. 11:00 a.m.

What:

Service of Blessing of the Animals. Consists of quiet acoustic
music. Prayers. Reading of Scripture. Blessing of Animals.

Why:

God created all things and called them “good” and we want to
thank God along with some our animal companions.

On March 18, the Children’s Choir will sing during the 11 am worship service. 

Following the service, the children will collect coins as congregants exit the sanctuary.  

At 4 pm, the children will gather during Sunday Children’s Fellowship to fill a heart with the coins they have gathered.

Help the children make a full, overflowing heart!   Please be generous on the 18th!
