Rarely does a week pass at Hawthorne Lane UMC without a special events such as children’s parties, youth service projects, churchwide breakfasts & luncheons, Mother’s Day Banquet, 4th of July Family Fun, Parent’s Night Out, Camp Tekoa Family Weekend, BBQ & Bazaar and our Live Nativity.

The W.J. Miller adult class sponsors a church-wide country-style breakfast on the 2nd Sunday of most months.

This is a major fundraiser for the class and proceeds benefit 2 church-wide mission commitments (Jacques Umembudi in the Congo and White Cliffs Methodist Church in Puerto Rico).

Although it’s called the Miller Class Breakfast, the entire congregation is sincerely welcomed.

The next Miller Class Breakfast will be on Sunday, March 11, at 9 am in Evans Hall.
